Ines felt brave enough to try the bouncy chair after she saw the big smile on her new friend's face.

I know Ines isn't a doll or a play thing, but I couldn't resist putting her in her fancy new booties! She kept them on for about 2 seconds before flicking them off. Luckily i think they are sized for winter wearing.

This pretty pink swaddle is from Ben and Tam (Nick's step brother and his wife). It's a cocooi, made in NZ (where they now live) and made from merino wool. Super soft and lovely.

Hand, post manicure. Her third filing since birth. High maintenance bubby.

Our first trip in the sling - pre stroller arriving. She fell asleep in it pretty much straight away - but then again she falls asleep pretty much anywhere.

Someone needs their hair done (and it's not Ines) but I've added this shot as it's actually one with her eyes open!!

Day 1 - April 13th, 2010. The stats: Birth time: 11:56am, Weight: 7 pounds, 11 and Length: 20". The nurses called her "a substantial size"! Does substantial mean perfect? We think so!
